From eggnog lattes taking over your favorite coffee spot, to Hanukkah parties filled with fried goodies, to booze-fueled reunions and family dinners with favorite comfort foods, to the treats that mysteriously end up everywhere from your office to your doorstep, the holidays are filled with temptation. While some people pack on the pounds and figure they will shed them once the New Year comes around, it’s easier to just stay on track than to rely on a New Year’s resolution to try to lose weight.
