The summer months can be some of the most hectic of the year, especially if you’re already a busy career woman, a mom, or both. There are a lot of distractions, and those distractions can definitely cause your workout or health plans to fall by the wayside during this busy time of year. When it comes to your fitness plan, it might seem impossible to pencil in a daily workout, but it’s easier than you think. Finding time to hit the gym before your day begins in the early morning, or after you’ve finished your work in the evening, can allow you to successfully stay in shape without having to compromise your priorities. While it may seem difficult to force yourself out of or away from bed, it’s ultimately worth it when you’re finally hitting your fitness goals and resolutions.
