From time to time, many of us tend to evaluate our eating and drinking habits and make some changes for our overall health. Some popular times of the year involve the post-holiday season, pre-swimsuit season, and our birthday, when the focus tends to revolve around weight loss. While most of these choices involve changes in food and alcohol habits to cut calories, some health experts are taking a closer look at all of our consumption habits, including regular coffee intake. While cutting out coffee may not necessarily change the numbers on the scale, health can be impacted, according to a new study. Coffee has long been cited to have both positive and negative health effects, and most recently, its impact on inflammation has been brought into focus.
